The Management Resource Group is a global Oncology/Hematology Physician search practice, with both domestic and international clients and candidates.

 One of our goals is to provide successful physicians a confidential resource where they can compare their value and skill sets in a competitive marketplace, and explore career options and opportunities with all confidentiality respected.

We serve the on-going need of Pharma's, CRO's, and Biotech's for experienced senior physician management to head therapeutic business units, as well as senior physician managers for medical affairs, drug development, clinical research departments. We provide our services to client companies on either a retained or contingent fee basis.

Our senior level candidates are generally BC/BE in one or more therapeutic areas and are currently with a Pharma, CRO, or Biotech, at director level or above. All candidates have diversified drug development and clinical trial experience. We additionally can present the PharmD and PhD level candidates, when requested.

We work with all candidates and clients respecting total confidentiality throughout all phases of the recruiting process. At no time will a candidate's name or resume ever be revealed to a client without the prior and express approval of the candidate.
